Her style of teaching is Iyengar Yoga, which uses many props such as a chair, straps, blocks, and blankets, to help you ease into the pose. She conducts focused workshops to improve the understanding of the 7 chakras, lower back strength and more. She is also a guest instructor at various workshops.

She has volunteered her time to teach at many non-profit organizations dedicated to serve the community such as Narika, India Community Center, Agomoni, and East Bay Marathi Mandal. She also coordinates the yog and wellness activities at the India Community Center, Tri Valley.
